About Me
Hello, my name is Alicia Crompton and you've arrived at my food and cooking blog. In this blog, you'll learn many new recipes for appetizers, main dishes, side dishes and desserts. I have always liked to cook, but I was always skeptical of trying new dishes. After I had surgery, I had to stay in bed for several weeks and to pass the time, I watched cooking shows on television. I learned so much information about cooking and meal preparation while watching the cooking shows. I made notes and wrote down the recipes that I wanted to try. After my bed rest was over, I couldn't wait to get into the kitchen to start cooking again. Trying new dishes actually helped grow my confidence and now I'm not afraid to cook anything. I hope this blog also helps you to become more adventurous while in the kitchen.
